# Bilinmeyen hata




Eğer Alisa bilinmeyen bir hata bildirirse (“Bir tür hata oluştu. Daha sonra tekrar sorun lütfen”, aşağıdakileri deneyin: 
1. [İstasyonu yeniden başlatın](https://alice.yandex.kz/support/tr/station/settings/reboot.md).
1. Yönlendiriciyi yeniden başlatın: fişini çekin, 10 saniye bekleyin ve tekrar prize takın.
1. Hoparlörü fabrika [ayarlarına sıfırlayın](https://alice.yandex.kz/support/tr/station/settings/reset.md).
